Delete your Galla account
Galla app ·
In the app
- Open Galla and go to More.
- Under Your account, tap Download data first if you want a copy.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Without the app
Email vrsjewels.pvt@gmail.com from the Gmail you sign in with. We do it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email and sign-in are removed straight away.
- Shops where you are the only owner are closed. Nobody can open them any more. Their bills and khata are kept locked for 6 years, because GST law (CGST Act section 36) requires bill records to be kept, and then removed.
- Shops that have another owner keep running; you are removed from them.
- Copies in nightly backups are gone after 30 days.

More → Your account → Delete account दबाएँ, DELETE लिखें।
